The Flint-Beecher Tornado and Other Historic Benchmarks

The June 8, 1953 Flint-Beecher tornado is Michigan's only recorded F5 tornado. The track crossed Genesee and Lapeer counties and remains one of the deadliest tornadoes in United States history.
